Returns and Refunds
Are accepted if we are contacted within 7 days of receiving your product.
You are responsible to pay for shipping charges to send the product  back. Refunds will be made after we receive the product back.
Refunds will be for the price of the product. Refunds of shipping charges will not be made.
 
Pecos Enterprises likes to look at every situation on an individual basis. Please contact us to see if we can help you make the best of the problem.
 
Please be sure to give the product the proper time needed to work effectively. If  you do not use it right there really is no use in replacing it with another one.
For example:
The Magnetic Hematite Bracelets need to be worn daily for best results. The bracelets are not miracle workers. You have to wear it for a couple of days to start feeling the changes. It usually takes a week to feel some real changes. If you do not feel the changes contact us. We can discuss your options. You may be one of the few people that do not respond to Magnetic Hematite. You may have to decide if you want to send it back, or keep it as an accessory. Not everyone will experience the healing of the Magnetic Hematite in the same way.
Not wearing the bracelet means you did not give it a chance to work. Wearing it for one day and expecting some miracle is not giving the bracelet time to do its work.
 
If you order something and get something you did not order please contact us. Mistakes happen, you may have received someone else 's order, and they may have yours. Communicate with us and we will be sure to make things right. 
 
If you receive something you did order but its not what you expected contact us and we will see what can be done. If you choose to send it back, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
 
If you receive something that is broken, or damaged, please contact us.
 
If you break a piece of jewelry, please contact us. We will be happy to fix it. You can also request a change of stone, or style. Or just request a new one with what you want.

Shipping Information
We use USPS Priority Mail. So far we have had good service.
They provide tracking information and you can see when your package should arrive.
 If  you choose to change the service of the carrier please let us know which one you would like. There may be an additional charge if you use a different carrier.
We try to ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Unless its on a weekend or holiday.
We have to travel 30 miles to drop off the package. We do not go in to the mail on weekends or holidays. If you make a payment during this time we will email you with the date of shipping.
We will not ship any product till payment has been received. We prefer PAYPAL simply because its safe and fast. At least compared to waiting for a check in the mail. We will take checks, if the check does not clear, we do not ship the product till it does clear,  and will try to cash it daily til it does cash. So please do not waste our time and energy on bad checks. We will accept money orders, and will wait till the payment is received to ship the item. We will email you when the payment has been received and inform you as to when the package will be mailed. 
 
 
Orders that have several items can be packaged together and we will communicate with you on the shipping charges.
